Please join us Saturday, September 15th from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the beautiful Washington Park Lake House for September Splendor, an event to benefit the Washington Park Conservancy. Â The evening features wine selections from Capital Wine; hors d’oeuvres from Spoonful Catering and music by the Pat Harmon Duo as well as an extensive botanical silent auction.
Proceeds support the ongoing programs and improvements at Washington Park including cleaning and restoration of the 1912 Soldiers and Sailors Monument, installation of 8 informational panels throughout the park, including historic photos and maps; restoration of the Washington Park Lake House historic doors; a new wrought iron fence for the south end of the lake, funds to replace lost and damaged trees throughout the park, restoration of the stairs leading to the dock at the Lake House.Tickets are $ 50 each.
