Word on the street is that the Rosen Electric building located behind Wolff’s Biergarten and the former Miss Albany Diner will be rehabbed into 20-or-so apartments.

So exciting.

I also heard today that Albany International, the gigantic huge building on Broadway in North Albany / Menands is ALSO being rehabbed into high-end apartments.  The same people who renovated the mill along withe river in Cohoes is handling the project.

Good things are happening in the Warehouse District!

awww…so you aren’t going to reopen the dinner now?
nice place for apartments though…i keep saying in the future i see the albany waterfront being more populated and spruced up…just need to put some colonge into the water so it doesn’t stink =)

Maybe a giant indoor water park someday where that cement building is!
