A martini is a terrible thing to waste.

What CELEBRITY would your dog be?

My older dog Niko would be Walter Cronkite.  (because he’s all business. all the time.)

My younger dog Frank would be Keanu Reeves.  (because he’s goofy and unintentionally funny and maybe a little dumb.)

My friends’ dog would be Heather Locklear.  (because she’s smart, and bitchy and stubborn.  And she’s a blonde.  And she runs the roost like Amanda Woodword used to.)

Who’s your dog’s celebrity?

Keep in mind, it’s not so much because of what your dog looks like, it’s more about the the personality of the dog/celebrity.

Fun game!

Tell us your dog’s celebrity and why.

My Toni would be Rosie Perez. Cute, compact, kind of a pain in the a**,
Winnie would be Winnie Cooper (thus named): thoughtful, beautiful in a semi-creepy way, hesitant, with big soulful eyes.

I know its not a celebrity per say, but my Felix would be Brad Pitt as Benjamin Button, because he was born an old man. He is a Jack Russell, and his first bark was the bark of an old hound dog, and his fur is always scruffy and all over the place.

My dog, a chocolate lab who be the character of Joey Tribanni on Friends….completely cute, lovable, loyal but defintely was in the back of the line when God was handing out the “smarts!”. Hence why we named him Bogie…”not exactly par-definetly one over!”

My dog would be Gomer Pyle, he’s goofy, goes beserk over UPS and Fed Ex drivers and does a mean Michael Jackson butt walk! He’s a beagle!

Sadly, I’ve had this conversation numerous times with my fiance and family. My dog, Cooper would be Denis Leary because I just know his thoughts are sarcastic, ironic and dark. And my dad’s a firefighter and Cooper looooves his Poppy. Charlie would be Michael J. Fox as a mix of Alex P. Keaton and present day MJF. Because he’s bubbly, always the center of attention… and he shakes a lot. (Too much?)

Niko – all business, even when he’s peeing on babies.

Bailey, Friday’s Puppy a few weeks ago, would be Robin Williams. Because she just can’t stay focused on one thing and is nothing but fun, fun, fun. Let me think about Lefty…..

My boxer would be Edris Elba (Stringer Bell from The Wire). We believe he is black because he was surrendered to an inner city DC shelter and can’t swim. He is very dog aggressive, breaks dog laws all the time but has a smart, sophisticated, gentle side and is very handsome like his celebrity counterpart.

My goldendoodle Ryder would be Matthew McConaughey, because he is handsome but pretty “simple” and a little dumb at times.

My rat terrier Gus would most def Stewie from Family Guy. I swear he sits around and plots continually and thinks he is far superior to that everyone/thing around.

My roommates dog, Lady, would be Miranda (Cynthia Nix) from SATC. Reason being: she is smart, funny, fashionable, adorable, looks great with whatever I am wearing, a ginger, and she like girls.

My parents dog, Cinnamon, would be Peter Griffin. Reason being: he is loud, fat, not to smart, needs all the attendtion, you cant help but love, and totally huggable.

Stella, my black lab mix, would be Britney Spears. Well-intentioned and seemingly very sweet but a total hot mess.

When I told Bailey’s family what celebrity she was most like they both immediately said Charlie Sheen. So I guess Robin Williams is wrong. Does anybody care? I so need a life…..

My Al would be Blake Shelton. He is definitely a red neck dog. He is obscene (red rockets all the time ), he rides tractors, really really really enjoys beer, always up for wrestling any dog…anytime….anywhere. If he could talk he would have a Southern accent. In fact, we adopted him from Florida so he truly is a Southern Boy!

I am sorry to say my black lab/hound mix would female dog would be Kim Kardasahian. She has beautiful dark shiny fur, soulful dark eyes, not the sharpest tool in the shed, and likes to lay on her back with her legs open.
