Here is what his owner’s had to say about him:
1. Why did you choose that name for your dog? My Fiance is a fan of the Remington brand and I thought the name Remington and Remmy as a nickname would be adorable!
2. How old is your dog? 14 weeks old!
3. Where did you get your dog? Pet land in Wichita, Kansas.
4. What is your dog’s favorite treat to eat? Pig ears.
5. What is your dog’s worst habit? Chewing shoes!!!
6. If your dog could speak, what would be his/her first sentence? “Milo did it!”
7. What is the worst thing your dog has ever done? Chewed my favorite pants right after chewing my favorite shoes!
8. What kind of food do you give your dog? Puppy chow.
9. Who is your dog’s best friend? Milo our other Dachound.
10. Why is your dog the best dog ever? His coat is unique, he has green eyes and he loves to cuddle. He’s very gentle with my one year old daughter.
11. Why are you vacationing in upstate, NY? I’m on leave from the Air Force and I’m visiting with my family in Upstate New York!! :)

Hey owners of Remmy..I, too, have a Dachshund. She is a red/sable long haired mini & her name is Lilly:) Hopefully, you read this b/c I want to tell you something important I learned about pig ears long ago. One of my Veterinarian friends told me to always make sure to look at the pig ear package & make sure they are ‘made in America’! That is the pigs come from the good ‘ole U.S.A. Otherwise, you risk exposing your pup mainly to Salmonella..but also other harmful bacteria!! So definitely keep that in mind!! Probably the best would be to buy the Natural Pig Ear treats for dogs which I believe you can get at both PetCo & Petsmart..Enjoy your doxie!!! I know I do mine!! :)

Hey owners of Remmy…I too own a Dachsund and have something important to tell you. Actually now that I think about it…. I own an ostrich, not a dachsund. Nevermind.
