@Hopeful, I find this one much less offensive, that Time one just freaks me out everytime the news flashes it up on the screen.

This is a nice photo of very cute puppies. But, I can’t help feel that I would be a lot more supportive of this post if each of those puppies had a tag with the name of their owner on it. The over/breeding of dogs, intentional or not, is too big of a problem to ignore; and the lack of responsible spaying and neutering of companion animals is a pathetically avoidable contributor to the problem. Too many people think it’s a wonderful thing to have their pets produce cute puppies and kittens without guaranteed good homes for them.
