Any dog from a pet store, regardless of what the papers or the store tells you, is from a mill. The Amish are notorious. To them, dogs are nothing more than a way to make money. Totally inhumane.

Oh, and buyer beware… Some dogs sold on breeder websites and Craigslist are also from mills. Make sure you know what you’re doing. And stop supporting this cruelty.

Of course it took Oprah to do a show on it to open the public’s eyes. One thing I did not know until her show was that many puppy mills are run by the Amish. Now I’ve lost all respect for them.
