On Saturday night, I was a host location (that sounds like I’m a parasite) for the wonderful Moveable Feast fundraiser in Albany, NY.
The world renowned chef, Dana Minuta, was the chef for the evening. Â On the menu was: Â Long Island Seafood Soup (tomato-saffron broth, chourizo, rouille, herb salad), and Berkshire Pork Loin with creamy polenta, kale, radicchio, raisin-mustard sauce.
The meal was absolutely delicious. Â I mean, not as delicious as my famed canned tuna with Frank’s Red Hot, but whatever.
I would also like to note that the 6 strangers who showed up (and my friends, Adam and Tucker) were an absolute delight (#ThingsWhitePeopleSay). Â My usual M.O. is to get everyone as drunk as possible, and I like to start everyone off with a few glasses of champagne each, and then wine, and then vodka, and then depending on how cross eyed they are by that point, tequila shots. Â andy then maybe a joint. Â But usually after everyone signs a release form.
Here are some photos after the jump. Â The one above was taken by local camera legend, Albert

I like the shot glasses on the table setting. I’m assuming the large glass is for the Jameson and the small one for the pickle juice???

That’s my girl! Photos are great. The ones of food made me really hungry. Good job, Dana. Thanks, Matt, for highlighting one of the loves of my life. Dan, the shot of you was pretty good too, but, what, no sous chef were you?
